Please prepare a short presentation for the French Colonial Historical Society Executive Committee that addresses the following points:

- Proposed Dates: Could be a range of possible dates or more specific; please be clear about whether the year that you are proposing is the only time that the proposed site would work or whether several years are possible options.

- Facilities: Where the sessions and receptions will be held.
- Accommodations: Please list at least two types of housing accommodations available (luxury and budget)
- Transportation (Travel): How to access the location from North America and other regions. (Nearest airport, distances, etc.)
- Local Transport: How participants will move between hotels, conference sessions, receptions and banquet.
- Attractions/Potential Field Trips: Traditionally the society schedules optional tours of local interest to historians of French colonies, generally on Saturday or Sunday. Occasionally such tours include transport and overnight accommodations.
- Financial and logistical support: Local institutions that might be called upon to support the conference itself, and any accompanying receptions (might include universities, research centers, consulate).
